B. Instagram Data
To provide our core service—analyzing your Instagram followers and following lists—you upload data files (ZIP containing JSON or HTML files exported from Instagram). We process this data to generate reports and insights.
- Uploaded Data: Includes lists of your followers, following, pending requests, and other related account activity found in the files you provide.
- Derived Metrics: We generate and store snapshots of your data, such as follower counts, growth trends, and lists of "unfollowers," "fans," and "early supporters."
- Storage: This data is processed on our secure servers and stored in our database (powered by Supabase) to allow you to track your history and progress over time.
C. Usage Data and Tracking
We automatically collect certain information when you access the Site, including:
- Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Usage Patterns: Pages visited, time spent on the site, clicks, and interactions with features.

- Active Accounts: Data is retained to provide historical tracking.
- Immediate Deletion: Users may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, all snapshots and personal data are permanently purged from our database within 30 days.
- Subscription Forfeiture: Account deletion results in the immediate termination of any active Pro subscription without a refund.
- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
- Uploaded/Snapshot Data: Retained to provide you with historical analysis. You can delete specific snapshots or your entire account at any time.
- Legal: We may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements.
6. The 'Right to be Forgotten' (Snapshots)
Account Deletion and Data Purge: When a user chooses to delete their account, all associated Instagram data snapshots, VIP lists, and growth history are permanently purged from our Supabase database within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
7. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: The right to request copies of your personal data.
- Rectification: The right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
- Erasure: The right to request that we delete your personal data. You can delete your account directly within the application settings.
- Restrict Processing: The right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.
- Data Portability: The right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.

8. Third-Party Websites
